I've tried following the steps in the help guide, such equally using In Private browsing, and information technology nevertheless doesn't work. This is incredibly frustrating.

You're not the only 1. We have been getting the same error. We've called the support number twice, and both times they've told us that the servers were down and to endeavour dorsum in an hour.

We have an urgent need to actuate this license, and so this is beyond frustrating.

You're not the only one. We have been getting the aforementioned error. We've called the support number twice, and both times they've told us that the servers were down and to try back in an hour.

We have an urgent need to activate this license, then this is beyond frustrating.

That doesn't sound promising. The whole affair is incredibly abrasive.

I'm just hoping that someone from the Microsoft team will answer to this.

I've had null but trouble since I got this new laptop.

Hi, I take the same problem. I have just bought 2 Laptops and 2 licences for Microsoft Office 2013. Computers arrived yesterday but the software licences in a separate delivery ( fabricated in Czech republic) today March 14.Activation fails with both Product keys on either machines. contacted Microsoft online technical back up chat to be told that neither Production Keys are valid!

Allow me know if anyone has any luck resolving this. I am going to try to get hold of Dell again tomorrow.

WIll practise mate. Go along checking this thread I estimate. I'1000 not really sure whether I should ring Microsoft or not. I don't really want to be waiting on the phone for ages.

My Dell laptop came on Wednesday, Licence key from Czech Republic came yesterday. I was getting the invalid message at first then tried a different link on the pre-installed Function logo. From then on I've been getting the error message and to try again later on.

I think they fixed it. I just tried and it finally took my product cardinal.
