Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 8 minutes

  • 12 oz rib heart steak (room temperature), chopped into 1-inch cubes
  • salt and pepper, to gustation
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tbsp brownish sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  1. Lightly season the meat with salt and pepper. Fix aside. Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Heat the oil and minced garlic to medium. Cook the garlic until browned. Remove the garlic in one case browned. Set up bated to utilise as garnish afterward. Add a little more oil to the pan, if needed. (I didn't accept to because my pan is non-stick).
